Day 1: Welcome Aboard & Journey to Padar

02:00 PM – Meeting Point & Check In at Our Office, Labuan Bajo. Your extraordinary journey begins! Gather at our designated meeting point in Labuan Bajo where our friendly crew will extend a warm welcome and assist you with boarding. Once you’re comfortably settled on board, we’ll set sail, leaving the harbor behind as we head directly for a serene overnight cruise towards Padar Island.

Overnight Sailing to Padar Island As the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky with an array of colors, you’ll be treated to a delicious, freshly prepared dinner on board. Enjoy the tranquility of the open sea and the vast starlit sky as we gently cruise through the night. This strategic overnight sailing ensures we arrive at Padar Island in prime position for tomorrow’s breathtaking sunrise trek.

Day 2: Sunrise at Padar – Beaches, Dragons & Manta Rays

06:00 AM – Padar Island Sunrise Trek

Rise early for a soft trekking adventure up the iconic hills of Padar Island. After a short climb, be rewarded with a panoramic sunrise view that showcases the island’s dramatic curves and tri-colored bays an unforgettable photo opportunity.

Pink Beach

After breakfast on board, head to Pink Beach, famous for its soft pink-tinted sands and crystal-clear waters. Take your time to relax, swim, or snorkel in this tropical paradise.

Loh Liang (Komodo Island)

In the afternoon, arrive at Loh Liang on Komodo Island the gateway to the legendary Komodo dragons. Join a guided trek through the national park to observe these ancient reptiles in their natural habitat, along with other native wildlife.

Manta Point

After the Komodo dragon trek, set sail towards Manta Point. Here, you’ll have the chance to swim and snorkel alongside majestic Manta Rays in their natural ocean environment a truly breathtaking underwater experience.

Kenawa Island –Begin your day in Kenawa Island, here you will enjoy a light trek, take the breathaking views and snorkeling, swimming in crystal clear-water with beautiful ocean views. It takes 1 hour and half before we sail back to Kayangan Harbour. Your amazing trip to Komodo Island comes to an end as you get off the boat and say farewell to the crew at. The boat trip end in Kayangan Harbour in Lombok.

Additionally, we monitor weather conditions closely, and if there are any concerns, the trip will be adjusted or canceled to ensure safety. Our crew is highly trained, and the equipment used during the trip (such as life vests and snorkels) is regularly checked for quality and safety.

Question 5:Does the trip include transport back to Lombok?

A: Please note that the trip ends in Labuan Bajo, Flores, where the tour concludes. Return transport to Lombok is not included in the package. Unfortunately, our cruise ended in a shipwreck. Thankfully, every passenger and every crew member survived. That is what matters most. That makes it very difficult to rate this experience. The beginning of the trip was enjoyable, at least. I want to thank our guide, Samsul, from the bottom of my heart. He carried an enormous responsibility after the accident. Despite the language barrier and the immense pressure, he spent days answering our questions, translating, reassuring us, and doing everything he could to help every passenger. I also want to thank the young crew members, whose names I unfortunately don’t know. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. To Golden Island Cruises : your crew deserves recognition, not blame. They were on the front line during the emergency and afterwards. If the reports I’ve heard are true and some of them have lost their jobs because of this accident, I sincerely hope you will reconsider. They should not be the ones paying the price for a tragedy that affected all of us. Your communication after the accident also needs significant improvement. We were often left without clear information, and too much responsibility seemed to fall on Samsul instead of being handled directly by the company. I appreciate that you arranged hotel accommodation for us and committed to refunding the cruise and covering replacement flights. I hope these promises will be fulfilled quickly for every passenger.
