Term and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: You can make bookings through our official website and WhatsApp service for your Komodo trip from Lombok adventure.
- Payment for the trip must be transferred to the account under the name of PT Pulau Mas Adidaya Abadi.
- Passengers are required to complete the registration form one day prior to the departure date.
- All passengers must be in good health to participate in the trip. Incidents occurring due to the passenger’s negligence, which result in accidents, are not the responsibility of the company.
- Passengers are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages from outside.
- Passengers must carry important documents such as passports to avoid any undesirable situations.
- Booking Changes: Booking changes can be made up to a maximum of 48 hours before the departure date, subject to availability and additional fees from the service provider.
- Cancellations made by passengers will not be refunded. In case of cancellations beyond our control
such as bad weather, technical issues (government policy on permits, or ship engine breakdown),
your money will be refunded after deducting agency and operational costs (transportation and
others).
