The cabin and common areas were very clean and the route and stops are impressive. This tour was really amazing! The crew was super friendly and wanted to help us with everything we needed and made sure we had a good time. The food was very tasteful and more than enough and off course all the stops on the way were incedible! Consiglio alla crew e ma anche a chi lavora dietro, un po' di attenzione in più sulla tematica dei rifiuti nelle isole e in mare. La situazione non è più sotto controllo e spesso nelle isole ci sono davvero troppi rifiuti, così come in mare. Per preservare la natura e la meraviglia di questi posti, è importante fare attenzione e prendere provvedimenti subito.

To book your trip, follow these simple steps:
Inquire about the trip: Contact us at least 1 week before your desired departure date by sending us a message via WhatsApp or email.
Choose your departure date and cabin type: Let us know your preferred departure date and the type of cabin you’d like to stay in.
Send your passport and 30% deposit: Once your departure date and cabin type are confirmed, send us a copy of your passport along with a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Payment can be made either by credit card with an additional 3% charge or by bank transfer with no additional fee. For bank transfers, we have international accounts available in Euro, GBP, or USD currencies.
Receive your e-ticket: Upon receiving your deposit payment, we will send you an e-ticket as confirmation. You can show this e-ticket for check-in on the departure date at our office in Gili Trawangan or Bangsal harbor.
Enjoy your trip!: Once everything is confirmed, all that’s left to do is to embark on your journey and enjoy the adventure!

Hotel Pick-up: If you are staying in Mataram, Senggigi, or Bangsal, please provide the name of your hotel one day before the departure date. This allows us to arrange complimentary pick-up services for you. By providing us with your hotel details in advance, we can ensure a smooth and convenient start to your journey.
Meeting Point in Gili Trawangan: For those staying on Gili Trawangan, you can come directly to the 17Tour Agency Office located in front of Gili T port. From there, we provide free transportation to the designated meeting point. This ensures that you can easily join the trip without any hassle.
Gili Meno or Gili Air Travelers: If you are staying on Gili Meno or Gili Air, please contact our customer service team one day before the departure date. They will assist you in arranging a suitable meeting point and pick-up location. This personalized service ensures that all travelers can easily access our boat trips, regardless of their location on the Gilis.
Flight and Accommodation Booking: It’s important not to book your flight tickets and accommodations from Labuan Bajo to your next destination until after your boat trip. This precaution helps to avoid unforeseen circumstances, such as unexpected ship delays, which may affect your onward travel plans. By waiting until you are on board, you can make more informed and flexible decisions regarding your travel arrangements.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could lead to trip cancellations. In the event of a cancellation due to issues from our end, such as weather conditions or technical problems, we assure you that we will refund your money in full.
